One of our fantastic new DNA range of 18V Lithium-ion cordless power tools, the Blaupunkt BP5218 is a powerful Cordless Reciprocating Saw (otherwise known as a Sabre Saw) that’s compact, lightweight and with great features ideal for both DIY fans and professionals alike.

Compatible with most blades on the market a huge variety of jobs are possible with what will be possibly the most versatile tool you own – whether it’s helping you build something - or demolish it.  Perfect for use around construction site, workshop, garage and even garden!  Just a few examples of the materials you can cut are metals, like steel, stainless steel and iron – wood materials like timber, plywood even tree branches and roots, plastics like uPVC, and masonry like bricks, tiles and breeze blocks – but really, the list is endless!

Great features include a quick-change blade adaptor, electronic speed control - giving you variable stroke rates of between 0 and 3000spm with a 25.4mm (1”) stroke – also an adjustable steel foot plate and anti vibration rubber grips for a firm hold.

When working with power tools safety is paramount so we’ve fitted all our DNA range of tools with electric motor breaks which stop the motor in a fraction of a second - and 2 point safety switches to prevent unintended operation.

The BP5972 is supplied with 1x high capacity 4Ah 18V Lithium Ion battery ideal featuring quality cells for a long lifetime and a fast charger capable of charging 2Ah batteries in just 1hr and 4Ah batteries in 2hrs.

The saw is protected by a 3 year extended warranty and batteries 2 years when you register online.
